Problema con cutenews...???

señores como les va, necesito su ayuda, ojala me puedan ayuda, tengo en mi sitio web el sistema cutenews, resulta que yo habia venido trabajando bien con el, pero hace poco, creo que despues de los cambios que hubo en x10hosting, me empezo a dar problemas.

me aparece el siguiente error:

yo pense que era problema del cute news, asi que consegui otro sistema similar pero este trabaja con base de datos, y al tratar de publicar la misma info me da el mismo error, por lo tanto supongo que el problema debe ser en el alojamiento, ya que el problema ocurre con dos sistemas de noticias diferentes.

supongo que es el cambio de version de php...
los servidores regresaron a v1

señores como les va, fijiense que hice lo que me dijeron, abri un ticket y me dijeron que solicitara cambio de version 1 a version 2 de php, lo hice pero no hubo cambio, un par de dias despues de haber hecho la petición aparecio un mensaje que dice que "todas las cuentas estan establecidas en V2" pero al ver mi cuenta tengo la version 1 y sigo con el mismo problema.

asi que: que puedo hacer...???

Pues sigue insistieno en tu ticket. Seguro que el AM de turno te contesta io te lo intenta arreglar. Paciencia porque estan tocando todo ahora

Denada Shaka, siento no poder ayudarte de otra forma, pero eso lo debe solusionar un Account Manager, o un admin ;)

Justamente, Kraken11, AM=Account Manager ;), (si no me equivoco)
